Orders within Kuwait are delivered within 1–2 business days.

International orders are delivered within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 or 14 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original accessories and packaging.

Used products or products with opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we will cover all replacement costs and arrange an immediate exchange, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
